"For over 10 years I'd been planning to get LASIK done to get rid of my heavy glasses/contact lenses. Visited numerous doctors including Dr Suman who diagnosed a condition called
Keratoconus wherein no Laser teratment was advisable.Tried to carry on with Contact lenses till end 2009
at which time I got severe allergic reactions to contact lenses. Was desperate for some permanent surgical relief. Dr Suman suggested phakic implants/ toric lenses which I chose to
undergo by end January of this year.
Now,my vision is crystal clear without glasses.Watching sports and tennis on TV is a treat due to the clarity which I never enjoyed earlier. My
heartfelt thanks to Dr Suman Nabar and the team at Divya Eye clinic for looking after me so well and giving me the gift of vision back.I just wish I had got this done earlier and
saved myself a lot of heartache!!"

I'm so happy with my post-lasik results. Initially I had many queries about LASIK, but Dr. Suman guided me through the whole process and handled the operation very
professionally. At the same time, she treated me as a friend, to make me comfortable pre and during the LASIK.
Now, I have crystal clear vision; without any complication. I am glad that after visiting so many doctors, I made the right choice to get the LASIK done from Divya Eye
Clinic. This is my recommendation to everyone who is planning to get Lasik done.

Hi Dr. Suman,
... Sorry, I have not been in touch since my visit to Bombay in November.
I have been catching up on lots of bits and bobs since I have been back in London, but not without thinking of the lasik you did for me, I think about this many morning's and
night's, when there are no contact lenses to worry about anymore! LOL!
Thank you so much for this, it really has been life changing, saving me endless time, money and convienence, it is immeasurable really. None, of this would have been possible
without you. I don't think an email can really justify my gratitude. I really appreciate all your efforts, advice and help you gave me.

I was operated by dr.Suman Nabar in June 2006 for Lasik in both eyes. Before the LASIK I was quite blind without my glasses having –5.5 D correction in both eyes. The day of the laser went off very smoothly with Dr.suman explaining the procedure every step of the way so I was completely at ease .Soon after the surgery I was seeing distant objects and the very next day as soon as I woke up I could see the time in the wall clock very clearly which was hugely satisfying for me.I maintain that thanks to Dr.suman I’m experiencing a second birth where I am completely rid of my specs and contacts and can just soar as a free spirit. Thanks to My experience my sister Sunita flew down from dubai to have the LASIK done by Dr.Suman Nabar.

I was told that at a relatively young age I had cataracts in both eyes and was very scared at the thought of undergoing surgery to get a lens implant. When I went to Divya Eye Clinic I was made to feel so relaxed and all the aspects of the surgery were discussed with me.I insisted I be given general anesthesia so I would be blissfully unaware of what’s going on.But Dr.Suman just laughed and told me to relax. She did the operation with eyedrops alone and I didn’t feel a thing! The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.I strongly recommend Divya Eye Clinic to anyone contemplating any eye surgery. After me my aunt,my neighbour,my best friend and even my brother flew down specially from the U.S.to get operated by dr. nabar.Of course I’m going in for my other eye surgery next week.

I was told to go in for Laser correction as I had contact lens intolerance .I am a person who gets palpitations at the sight of a needle! So even though I wanted to get rid of my contacts/specs I kept postponing the LASIK.Finally on the day of the surgery I lay down to get the laser done but I got such a severe panic attack that I told Dr.Nabar that I didn’t want to go ahead with the LASIK.Somehow with her calming talk and serene demeanour I mananged to gather the courage to go ahead. As soon as the procedure was done I could see and the vision cleared up vastly by the next day.I felt exhilarated. If there is one regret I have it is that I waited so long and didn’t get the LASIK done earlier.
